"This Tree on this Seed on these Bed of Leaves”
The resemblance of a barren tree etched on an avocado seed made me wonder if even the harvested bounty was celebrating this fall season. Placed now on a bed of leaves bestowed by the sole buckeye that was first to show its festive hues, this non-truncated theme became more impossible to refuse. It’s this relationship of relating thoughts while i’m lost in the taste of homemade guacamole and organic blue corn tortilla chips- with that slight salty taste on my lips and the smell of the autumn air intertwined with a bonfire burning its engine of warmth. I see this tree as it was meant to be a reminder of how even the smallest observations of things up close can compliment that which i love the most which is simply a familiar change to revel in once again…
